Welcome to the Networking Afterwork!

Welcome to the second joint session of the Mentorship Program 2026/2027!

By January, you and your mentor or mentee will have had a few months to get to know each other, exchange experiences and explore the topics that are important to you. Now it is time to bring the whole group together again!

This time, we invite you to an afterwork at cmb’s new office, with an evening focused on networking, inspiration and exchanging experiences along the way.

During the evening, we will dive into LinkedIn and professional networking – how to build a strong LinkedIn profile, make yourself visible in a professional context and use the platform to build and maintain meaningful connections. You will get practical tips and inspiration that you can put into use straight away.

There will also be plenty of time to reconnect with the other mentors and mentees, share experiences from the programme so far and learn from each other. What has worked well? What have others discussed with their mentor or mentee? And what new ideas can you take with you into the second half of the program?

Attendance at the joint sessions is a mandatory part of the program, as these occasions are designed to create opportunities for learning, networking and exchange between all participants.
